En ocasiones, a los pilotos noveles a menudo les resulta difícil familiarizarse con una minimoto motorizada, y con la llegada de la EE 1.20 se facilita esta transición a las máquinas de motocross para todos más jóvenes, sea cual sea su nivel de habilidad.

La nueva Husqvarna Motorcycles EE 1.20 by STACYCTM permite que el nuevo piloto sea capaz por si solo de empujar, mantener el equilibrio y llanear con la potencia desconectada; luego es hora de activar el motor de 36 V para trabajar el control del acelerador y subir los pies a las estriberas.

El modo de potencia Low/Training limita la velocidad máxima a 16 km/h, y con sus 15 kg, la EE 1.20 es fácil de empujar y levantar del suelo; siempre que los jóvenes pilotos tengan una entrepierna de 60 cm o más, podrán apoyar los dos pies en el suelo. Una vez que el niño desarrolla la confianza y el control, puede acceder a dos ajustes de potencia más rápidos, que alcanzan hasta los 32 km/h en el modo High/Advanced.

Un cuadro de aluminio soldado mediante tecnología TIG gestiona la potencia del motor eléctrico, una horquilla delantera Manitou J-Unit Machete con 80 mm de recorrido absorbe los baches, mientras que los frenos hidráulicos delanteros y traseros garantizan una frenada segura. Los neumáticos hinchables con los que están equipadas las llantas Innova de 20", proporcionan un agarre seguro a medida que los jóvenes pilotos van dominando su máquina.
